QTRAN Corporation was established in 1987. Our primary goal is to provide high quality thermal processing equipment for the manufacturing and heat treating industries. We specialize in custom systems engineered for specific or unusual applications. These systems include: combustion and controls, refractory insulation, quench systems, material handling, and complete turnkey systems in both manually controlled batch systems and automated continuous production. Our customers come from many industrial arenas including: aerospace, ceramics, foundry, aluminum extrusion, coatings, food equipment, and of course material heat treating. |

Repair and maintenance is a large part of our operation. We do everything from routine scheduled maintenance to complete system refurbishment. Our engineers consult on replacement or redesign of combustion systems, refractory insulation in both brick and ceramic fiber form, and electronic monitoring and control systems. |
