At QTRAN Corporation we don't believe in the cookie cutter approach. We think that the furnace should be built according to the customers needs, rather than getting the customer's production environment to conform to the limited capabilities of a mass produced unit. We put the customer's immediate and possible future needs first, and design a custom system to meet those needs completely, in a cost effective manner.
	Our experience includes carbottom furnaces for many uses: Annealing and normalizing furnaces in steel foundries, and Carbon baking systems at temperatures up to 2100°F and requiring not only thermal but positive pressure control. Both of these carrying heavy loads on a hard cast insulating car top.
We have also engineered built and installed pit furnaces such as the one shown here. This unit not only surface hardens the outside of the tube but also the inside without the need for packing. It is custom applications such a this that make QTRAN Corporation the best fit for your company's special or unusual applications.
	This is an example of a batch type burnoff oven. What is not apparent, is that while maintaining a temperature of 1200°F this oven and afterburner combination will incinerate 75 Lbs of volatile polymers and wax in 2 Hrs. And it does this without exceeding EPA limitations on exhaust emissions.
